General and Duty Manager Training

There are a number of modules, spaced out over 6 months, always relating back to your business plan. Modules include: Standards, Time management, Creative Thinking, Mentoring, Transformational and transactional conversations, Managing the Customer Experience, Service recovery and Developing Others.
