Leisure-net has secured funding through the New Anglia Growth Through Innovation Fund to develop a platform designed to help operators design, measure and manage their new member onboarding process.
Leisure-net has been supporting operators across all sectors measure and manage their customers experience with a variety of online customer experience management platforms; e-Focus for 24 years. The e-Focus suite of products support members from point of enquiry through to the moment a member requests to leave and includes key metrics such as the Net Promoter Score (NPS)
With new member onboarding being such a vital part of the overall member experience, Leisure-net have identified an opportunity to support operators support their members through the early phase of membership.
Onboard is an online platform which helps operators implement, measure and manage multiple new member onboarding journeys. Julie Allen, Business Development Director commented on receiving the New Anglia Growth Through Innovation Fund, which is part-funded by the
European Regional Development Fund “we are delighted to have been awarded this funding to develop a product which we sincerely believe will support the industry onboard new members effectively and will lead to longer standing, loyal members. All too often members experience a linear ‘one size fits all’ onboarding experience whereas Onboard will enable operators to design multiple onboarding journeys that include the gym but could also be used for swim only memberships, golf memberships and more”.
One of the unique parts of the development of Onboard is the systems ability to obtain instant feedback following key touch points. Julie continued “we are committed to providing actionable insight – to provide a platform which can relay information back to operators early into a member’s experience we believe is essential and supports with an operators continued learning and development of their customer’s experience.”
